Depends on whether the agent can read from your platform's kernel 
suffient information to abstract local from physical.

It works great on Net-SNMP on *BSD UNIX.  Statistics are abstracted in the 
kernel counters/data structures.

Every vendor does it differnetly.  I want to say my C3550-12Ts do it fine 
to (12.2.somethingT) ~BAS
