[mrtg] Can mrtg write on the png image?

YLegend The Y-axis label of the graph. Note that a text which is too long to
fit in the graph will be silently ignored.
You can atleast change the label on the Y Axis, and somewhere else in
document will tell you where to change the title of the Graph.
