[mrtg] routers2 v2.18 beta public demo available

The routers2 demonstration system on
http://www.steveshipway.org/cgi-bin/routers2.pl has been updated to
V2.18b4.  People can now see the new popup data features and CSS
support, although we've yet to upgrade the RRD library to v1.2.  Please
take a look if you're interested, but be gentle on the slow server...
