[mrtg] Help Need for MRTG Upgrade to 2.15.2 from 2.11.1

At present I am running MRTG-2.11.1 on windows 2003 server.

Can some help me that How can I upgrade to MRTG 2.15.2.

 

What are the new Features added to new version of MRTG
