[mrtg] Not Connecting

I am constantly getting this message.  I have pointed it to several
different SNMP addresses, that SNMP is turned on.  Everytime I am getting
this message


Local Gateway/firewall

What am I doing wrong.  This is running on a windows machine, Your assitance
is greatly appreciated.
