[mrtg] comparison graph creation

I have a graph I'd like to create and I'm not sure how to go about it. 
Right now, I have two graphs and I'd like to combine them into one. The 
first graph uses SNMP to tell me how many connections I have going to a 
server via my foundry switch statistics. The second graph uses SNMP to 
tell me the CPU utilization on that same server. I'd like to have one 
graph that shows the number of connections going to that server, and 
then another line that shows the CPU utilization percentage. The problem 
is, that the SNMP information is coming from two different sources.

Does anyone understand what I'm looking for? What "BIG PICTURE" do I 
need to think about? Would it be better to do something like this in 
RRDtool?
