[mrtg] Manipulating data from graph

Hi,
Just go the log file of that graph and replace it with the value of one of
the earlier one. The next time graph produced will remove the spike. The
spike mean a value which is too high than a normal so you can easily notice
the files .log and .old the value which is higher than normal.

Can someone please tell me if it is possible to manipulate the data on
any existing graphs to generate new graphs with modify traffic levels.
For example, we have a "Yearly Graph (1 Day Average)" which has a very
high spike in the "Maximal 5 Minute Incoming Traffic" level that we
would like to correct. If this is possible, what files should be modify
and how I can regenerate the modify graph. Thanks in advance for your
help.
