All targets MUST have two items to poll, though with noi or noo you
can tell MRTG to ignore one of them. Try the following modifications
to your config:

Target[spaceroot]:
1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.9.1.9.2&1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.9.1.9.2:guests at 192.168.0.95
Options[spaceroot]: growright, gauge, nopercent, integer, noo
