[mrtg] MRTG problems on a Foundry Switch?

Add ::::2 onto the end of the target.  It has nothing to do with the device
being a foundry but with the interface having more than ~110 Mb of traffic.
To graph high speed interfaces properly you need to enable the 64Bit
counters.
