[mrtg] MRTG suggestion for XP laptop

Looking for a suggestion anyone may have for my setup.. I have a 
laptop I use at home and at work.

I'd like to mrtg the traffic on it, but obviously the IP would change 
when it's local to when I take it to work (private IP at home).

I'd like to if possible have one graph for it - which AFAIK I can't 
because it'd be 192.168.1.XX  at home and 216.200.X.X at work. So is 
there a way around this, or is there a application for XP that would 
run on the machine itself and FTP upload the mrtg pages every <X> 
minutes to the web server (the server is at my house?

Any suggestions?
