[mrtg] Graphs with offset or predefined range

If using routers2 as your frontend, you can use
Routers.cgi*LowerLimit[xxx]: 15
Routers.cgi*UpperLimit[xxx]: 30
Routers.cgi*Options[xxx]: rigid
