Are you sure you got the right interface?
Sounds like you got an individual T1 and not the Multilink.
What is the Max Speed? 192kB or 384kB? 192 is 1 T1 (1.5Mb) and 384 is (3Mb).

Subject: [mrtg] Mrtg showing max speed incorrectly
Hello group,
My first post. I installed mrtg on a windows box that is analyzing my Cisco
2821 Router. I noticed that the Max Speed and chart "Bytes per second" are
incorrect. We have a bonded pair of T1's, so the speed should be closer to
3 megs max. Did I configure this wrong? Any suggestions?
Thank You,
