[mrtg] MRTG 2.16.0 on RH ES 4.7 (Nahant Update 7) doesn't find PNG support

	We (re-) installed libpng and gd.  This eliminated the
	problem.  We also found that somehow our SOP had not been
	followed in building the box.  We were able to confirm
	that RH ES 4.7, installed as we would usually do it, includes
	PNG support in gdlib.

	Thanks to people who sent helpful suggestions (some off-list),
	Steve Shipway, Sean Cheesman, Kelsey Hudson.

	Apart from their suggestions, something I discovered and
	found useful was 'gdlib-config --all'.
