Does that OID include the instance? Are you snmp
walking .1.3.6.1.4.1.3224.9.1.1.1.19 or getting? If it is an snmp walk,
then you will have to append the instance to the OID.
Three other niggles:
* You don't need the leading .
* I don't know what the initial / is supposed to signify, but I would
remove it.
* there should not be a space between the last 19 and the :
