[mrtg] cammer script updated (read switch port 2 ethernet mapping)

Folks,

Ever wanted to know which host is connected to which switch port ?
Then cammer is for you.

I have updated the cammer script

 http://oss.oetiker.ch/mrtg/pub/contrib/cammer

it works with switches that have no VLANs configured. If you have
a managable switch with bridge mib support, this script will poll the
switch for the necessary information and merge ist with input from
your local arp table. There is some documentation in:
