[mrtg] Graph data not updated

There must be something wrong with my config file- file is created I see
the graph but the data is 0 and does not update

 <<10.116.2.1_4.html_source.txt>> 
 I created as explained but the graphs don't update. Any ideas? Polling
a Cisco switch-. Pointers in the right direction would be appreciated...
