I found a way with indexmaker, using the --filter option with name,
and using carefully contructed names in targets, I can make indexes
for each host, and create a master index using one graph from each
host, say, eth0 (linux), then have the graph link to that hosts index.

Thanks for the responses, I'm reconfigging mrtg now. If any are
curious, I can report how this went.
