[mrtg] Bandwidth of entire Switch

If you are using MRTG/RRD with the routers2 frontend, then you already
get this for free in the Incoming/Outgoing combined graphs.  If you want
to know the total for all interfaces, add the 'showtotal=yes' option to
the routers2.conf.
