[mrtg] scaling graph in range 0-1

If using the routers2 frontend, add the extended option 'rigid'.
routers2.cgi*Options[xxx]: rigid
This will do what you want.  With native mode MRTG, the graph autoscales up depending on the data values.

I wanted to make a graph that would show only 0-1 state. I wanted to
scale it to show only 0-1, but whatever I do I get a graph of 0-4. I
use options:

MaxBytes[$target_name]: 1
Unscaled[$target_name]: ymwd
