Absmax must be larger than maxbytes (should be the PIR - Port
information rate, therefore the highest possible interface speed.

The routers.cgi*hrule[] items only work if you are using rrdtool as the
backend and routers2.cgi as the front-end.  Rateup doesn't pay attention
to any directive with an * in it.
