[mrtg] Ignoring certain types of interfaces

I recall several years ago having some problems with the if-filter as well.
I don't recall my exact method for coming up with this but this is what I
use with no problems:

'--if-filter=$if_admin && $if_type!=53 && $if_type!=24 && $if_type!=1 &&
$if_type!=134 && $if_type!=37 && $if_type!=28 && $if_type!=54'
