[mrtg] Strange Problem with MRTG

when mrtg checks ifDescr, it can't find GigabitEthernet3/1, so it
doesn't know what interface it is supposed to monitor by ifIndex value.

I would suggest you use ifName instead of ifDescr, but in any case just
re-run cfgmaker
