[mrtg] serverirons CPU utilization

I am trying to monitor serverirons CPU utilization through MRTG. Please find
below the configuration below.

Please note that I have  used "/ 100" in the first line. It is showing the
CPU utilization graph. But, when I am removing "/ 100", MRTG is not at all
showing any data.

Could you please let me know the reason behind it?
