Try changing the OID in the template to .220.127.116.11.18.104.22.168.22.214.171.124.126.96.36.199.188.8.131.52.$ifindex.
sample of output.
I have the same switched and when I do an snmpwalk to this oid I get the following.
[root at mrtg ~]# snmpwalk -v 2c -c da1sy blswr7e5a .184.108.40.206.220.127.116.11.18.104.22.168.22.214.171.124.126.96.36.199
SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.188.8.131.52.184.108.40.206.220.127.116.11.1.15.1 = STRING: "Blade Server 751"
SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.18.104.22.168.22.214.171.124.126.96.36.199.1.15.2 = STRING: "Downlink2"
Hope this helps. I have not looked at the template yet but will look as it as time permits.
