[mrtg] How to monitor CPU and memory load of a CISCO 3750 switch with MRTG?

Hi,

Can some one please help me to monitor CPU and memory load of a CISCO 3750
switch with MRTG. I am using a winXP pc to monitor it and have tried many
times but it is not no luck :(.  your kind help will be really appreciated.
