[mrtg] SNMP v3 on MRTG 2.16.2

This means that Net::SNMP has not been installed, or not installed properly.

Run 'ppm install Net::SNMP' (I think this is how you do it under windows) or run PPM.EXE and select Net::SNMP for download and install.  This should fix things.

I got this when I tried it.
Can't locate Net/SNMP.pm in @INC (@INC contains: F:/Perl/site/lib
F:/Perl/lib .)
 at -e line 1.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at -e line 1.
