[mrtg] Help...customize MRTG 2.16.3

Hello, i want know how to make the new versions of mrtg (2.16.3) put two
lines between "The statistics were last updated *...etc*"

eg:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
" The statistics were last updated *Wednesday, 27 January 2010 at 4:55*,
at which time the device had been up for *36 days, 10:21:44*. "
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

and how put the image .gif as background in windows??.thankyou!
