[mrtg] SNMP v3 on MRTG 2.16.2

Success!! Thank you for all your help. It is working with SNMPv3 devices now.
My cfgmaker command line looked like this
perl cfgmaker --global "Workdir: F:\mrtg-2.16.3\bin"/
 --global "Options[_]: growright,bits"/
 --enablesnmpv3/
 --ifref=name/
 --snmp-options=:::::3/
 --username=tfl_mrtg/
 --authprotocol=sha/
 --authpassword=tFl!nmpR0/
 --privprotocol=des/
 --privpassword=N0pa!!01/
 --contextengineid=0 172.20.255.249/
 --output=config.cfg

I guessed on the contextengineid and just used 0 and that did the trick.
