[mrtg] error making config w/ cfgmaker: Can't locate Pod/Text.pm in @INC

Hi.  I'm having trouble writing my first config file.  Maybe you can help resolve this error... google cannot.

cfgmaker path: /usr/local/mrtg-2/bin/cfgmaker
apache/pub www path: /frontview/ui/resource/html/_custom
purposely didn't not specify community at xyz.abc (so should be public)

Entered the following command:

/usr/local/mrtg-2/bin/cfgmaker --global 'WorkDir: /frontview/ui/resource/html/_custom/mrtg' --global 'Options[_]: bits,growright' --output /frontview/ui/resource/html/_custom/mrtg/cfg/mrtg.cfg

Returned output:
