[mrtg] init mrtg error problem

Dear All,

After install ActivePerl and mrtg with the OS (
http://oss.oetiker.ch/mrtg/doc/mrtg-nt-guide.en.html), there is the error
message :

D:\mrtg-2.16.3\bin>perl cfgmaker public at 192.168.0.1 --global "WorkDir:
d:\html\mrtg" --output mrtg.cfg
Bareword "P_DETACH" not allowed while "strict subs" in use at
D:/mrtg-2.16.3/bin\..\lib\mrtg2/MRTG_lib.pm line 1181.
Compilation failed in require at cfgmaker line 49.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at cfgmaker line 49.

Would you mind to tell me what mistake ?
