[mrtg] Eorror Occur When Creating Config File

I tried installing MRTG on a Windows XP workstation. I don't have a
manageable switch in my LAN. Have only a normal 100MBps ethernet switch. I
want to monitorl my LAN's each workstation's bandwidth usage.

When i try to create the configuration file of MRTG I get the following

C:\mrtg-2.16.4\bin>perl cfgmaker public at --global "WorkDir:
tg" --output mrtg.cfg
