[mrtg] Eorror Occur When Creating Config File

Hi,
I tried installing MRTG on a Windows XP workstation. I don't have a
manageable switch in my LAN. Have only a normal 100MBps ethernet switch. I
want to monitorl my LAN's each workstation's bandwidth usage.
When i try to create the configuration file of MRTG I get the following
error
