[mrtg] configmaker question

Hello, I am creating  new cfg on a HP switch, I run the syntax to create this file. It creates the cfg file and the rrd stuff but the mrtg/bin folder only has a .cfg and a .ok file not the cfg and cfg_L as the others have.  What the heck am I doing wrong?  Thanks for any help I can get.
