[mrtg] cfgmaker generates wrong config for OpenBSD

Hi Steve,
I post my answer again, because my first answer is still waiting for aproval
since 2 days, but I think the email was to big.
So I put the large parts as text files on my webserver.

I restart the snmpd on all my BSD Systems, without any changes.
I have this Issue on all my OpenBSD Systems. Its not always the same OS and
snmpd Version, so I dont belive that the problem is there. Here are the
whole Informations about a other system, with less interfacese, but the same
trouble:
