[mrtg] Books bought for the Christchurch Earthquake appeal: Update

Last week, I agreed that for every copy of the Routers2/MRTG/RRD book sold, I'd donate $20 to the Christchurch Earthquake appeal.

The final count was 5 books sold in the week from Wednesday to Wednesday (normal for a week is 2 or 3 copies) so $100 has just been donated to the fund.
