[mrtg] please help

It kind of feels like your interface names (gi1/0/3) may have changed.
I'm not too familiar with the cisco 12000 routers, but is it possible
that the card has been moved to another slot and is now gi2/0/3 or
something like that?
 
Rerun cfgmaker against the device and see if that fixes your issue.
 
You could also execute:
"snmpwalk -v2c -c EeSPnOok c12k-Borde interfaces" and see what that
lists for all the interfaces. In particular, look for valid
interface-mib values for the instance numbers that match gi1/0/3 and
po0/1/2.
