[mrtg] unknaszero alternatives

If you use MRTG/RRD with the Routers2 frontend, then the default behaviour is to display unknowns as a grey bar.  The 'unknaszero' and 'unknasprev' options show the two behaviours of native-mode MRTG.

Routers2 will also use the previous value for (only) the 1st unknown if you are in default behaviour.
