[mrtg] Enabling 64 bit counters on windows platforms, meaning ifHighSpeed problem

Ive been doing research about this 64 bit counters on windows, and turns
out windows (2003, xp) seems to no support on this
everything works, but snmpwalk (utility from net-snmpd) does not giving
nothing marked ifHi
 also nothing from getif. everything else works fine. is there any cure, or
simply windows is not enough for gigabit and terabit links
