[mrtg] Mrtg graph is not generating for access lists

Do you usually get a graph for each access-list?  Do you have a template
that is used to identify the appropriate instances or something?  Perhaps
this particular Cisco device doesn't support that mib, either due to the age
of the code or the platform or some such.
