I am not an MRTG expert but I think I've seen this one several years ago.
Try this:
Target[indoor-and-outdoor-temp]:
1.3.6.1.4.1.3854.1.2.2.1.16.1.3.0&PseudoZero:public at 10.44.1.60 +
PseudoZero&1.3.6.1.4.1.3854.1.2.2.1.16.1.8.0:public at 10.1.1.60
