Target[localhost.du]: 1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.5.40&1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.6.40

Title[localhost.du]:   Used disk space

You are not defining your Target correctly (though I agree that the error
message coming out is a bit obscure).

SNMP targets should be specified with at least a community and hostname. If
you want (need?) to use SNMPv2 then you need to specify it here also.

Target[localhost.du]:
1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.5.40&1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.6.40:public at localhost:::::2
