You've only listed one OID. A typical MRTG Target line needs two oids in the format:

Target[target_name]: OID&OID:community_string at router

So try changing your Target line to…

Target[ code]: at

…that will plot the same variable for both values on the graph.

Getting error message that does not make sense.  Instead of an OID is there a variable for Color code?
