[mrtg] MRTG and SNMPv3

I am not positive this will help, but I found that net-snmp looks like there is a windows installer for 5.6.2.1 here:

There is a link for a .x86.exe version that looks like 5.6.1.1?  I don't have any snmpv3 devices to download and test myself, but it looks like it may be worth a shot if you are wanting to stay on the windows side for mrtg.
