Yes but cfgmaker does it differently. Here is an example command line
for me:

/usr/bin/cfgmaker --ifref=name --output dance2960LT.cfg
hampnet at 172.20.161.122:::::2

The :::::2 specifies SNMP v2.

And here is part of the resulting config file (just one interface as an
example):

### Interface 10003 >> Descr: 'FastEthernet0/3' | Name: 'Fa0/3' | Ip:
'No Ip' | Eth: '24-01-c7-36-49-03' ###
