Thanks everyone:
root at li1964 /bin]# ps -ef | grep snmp
root     14704     1  0 13:55 ?        00:00:00 /usr/sbin/snmpd -LS0-6d -Lf
/dev
/null -p /var/run/snmpd.pid
root     14791  7894  0 13:57 pts/0    00:00:00 grep snmp
[root at li1964 /bin]# service snmpd status
snmpd (pid  14704) is running...

How I use it now ?
