The answer I got:

"The freeMem mib object is obsolete as of IOS 11.1
 it heas been replaced with the cisco memory pool mib"

You ought to get the CISCO-MEMORY-POOL-MIB.mib file from the cisco
ftp site and browse it.

Browsing this MIB file I think the following OIDs are useful for you:

1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9             enterprises.cisco.ciscoMgmt
               48.1         ciscoMemoryPoolMIB.ciscoMemoryPoolObjects
                   1.1      ciscoMemoryPoolTable.ciscoMemoryPoolEntry
                      2     ciscoMemoryPoolName
                      5     ciscoMemoryPoolUsed
                      6     ciscoMemoryPoolFree

Don't forget to add an instance !
