This seemed to be a combination of time synchronisation and bad programming. It was random and didn't happen all the time. Sounds very similar to your problem. The error is indicating that one job is started when the previous job hasn't finished yet. The "0 seconds" indicates that the jobs are started simultaniously. Try to find (perhaps: enable) the log for cron so that you can see which job is started and when. I still think that it is cron related. If not then I'm out of ideas and cannot help you.
