Well, since I was moving MRTG to another machine, I decided to upgrade
from 2.5.1 to 2.8.9.  Everything looks fine except for one thing.  The
html generated lists the time correctly as 15:15 for example, but the graphs
are shown using GMT instead.

	How can I get the graphs to use localtime to draw the graphs?  Under
2.5.1, I did not have to do anything special, it just worked that way.
