MOCVD, as in Metal-Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition?

This is probably not the right list, as this list is for MRTG, also
known as the Multi-Router Traffic Grapher.  A software package that 
is used for graphing various statistics, originally bit counts of the
traffic passing through routers.
