Scott, 

Have you used MRTG?  If you have, and you are comfortable with the "look
and feel" of MRTG, you can use rrdtool as the backend for it.

It's an easy integration, which is included now, I beleive, in the MRTG
docs.

Else, look under "Front Ends" at the RRDTool website.
