that may be the problem I should check for that. I am not sure but I guess I missed that Thanks Jan Ertan ATİLA HSBC Bank A.Ş. Your legend shows b/s, I think this should be just b (or kb, Mb etc) Jan. -----Original Message----- From: ErtanAtila@hsbc.com.tr [mailto:ErtanAtila@hsbc.com.tr] Sent: Friday, December 12, 2003 3:43 PM To: mwren@burnsmcd.com Cc: mrtg@list.ee.ethz.ch Subject: [mrtg] Re: Monitor Memory Usage on Cisco Routers Thanks for your attention Mike, but I am sure that I am not running out of memory because I see it on the router. And for used memory I also sometimes see 0. But usually it returns garbage. I would hope that you are not running free memory down to 0. I have 128MB in a couple of my routers and the processor memory totals to about 104MB. I use the OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.1.8.0 to graph free memory and the values correspond to the free processor memory. Michael Wren Senior Network Analyst Burns & McDonnell Engineering P.O. CPU is ok but I have problems with memory. I use the following oid 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.48.1.1.1.6.1&1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.48.1.1.1.5.1:community@x.x.x...x >From the router debuging I can see that the router returns the used and free memory values but I cannot get the same values on the graph. Sometimes even only 0 is shown. I couldn't find anything on the pages. Does anyone know what the problem can be??????
